Terms of use
These terms are a contract between you and Bot Your Biz LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. We do business as BotYourBiz. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Bot Your Biz LLC. “You” means the person or business using the site, the free consult, or a paid subscription.
The helper is a helper, not a replacement for your people. By using this site, starting a consult, or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
This page is not legal advice for your business. It does not replace a lawyer. If you need a lawyer to review how you use a helper, hire one.
What you get
BotYourBiz is a helper subscription. The live flow is:
- A short consult chat (about 3 minutes) with Bizzy.
- We build a business profile from what you tell us.
- You subscribe. Current price and plan names live on Pricing. This page does not set a price.
- You get a custom pack (a zip plus a license) to drop into BYB Bot / Grok Bot.
- While you stay subscribed, the license lets you download and verify a newer pack if we issue one. Human retunes are paid one-time services, not included.
The subscription is seats plus license, verify, and download rights while you pay. It is not a free care plan. We do not include automatic monthly retunes. If you get stuck on install, email hello@botyourbiz.com. White Glove / Install Assist, Tune Up, and other human help after install are separate one-time services. They are listed on Pricing when available, or ask hello@. This page does not set those prices.
Current plans on Pricing are Core, Extra bots, Addon Team, White Glove, and Tune Up. Seat count and SKU names may change. Always check Pricing before you pay. This page does not set those prices. The license is for one business until a multi-bot SKU is published there.
The free consult is not checkout. It does not start a subscription.
License (one business)
When payment succeeds, we grant you a limited license to use the custom pack and license key for one business: the business you named in the consult or at checkout.
You may install the pack on that business’s Grok Bot / BYB Bot. You may not:
- Sell, rent, or give the pack, key, or a copy to someone else.
- Share it so another business can use it.
- Publish the zip, the key, or our templates as your own product.
- Use one subscription as a template mill for many unrelated businesses.
The zip is not the license. The license key is. While you stay subscribed, the license gates download and verify of a newer pack if we issue one, and access to paid human services. Human retunes are one-time paid work, not included. If you cancel or we refund you, the license status becomes revoked. /v1/verify fails for new reveals and new installs. The zip will not verify on a re-install or a newer pack download. We never delete your Grok Bot or wipe skills you already installed. See Refunds.
Helper drafts can be wrong
The consult chat and the helper pack use AI. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. It can miss tone, facts, or the rules of a site you post to.
You review and approve anything the helper drafts before it goes to your customers, leads, or the public. You are responsible for the final send. Do not treat a draft as a lawyer, accountant, doctor, or licensed pro signing off.
Your accounts and your messages
If you connect email, calendar, social, CRM, or other accounts, you are responsible for those accounts. Keep your logins safe. Follow the rules of each platform.
You are responsible for messages, posts, and other actions sent to your customers or leads, even when a helper drafted them. If a helper sends something you did not mean to send, tell us at hello@botyourbiz.com. We will help where we can. We cannot undo a send on a third-party platform.
Acceptable use
Use BotYourBiz in a lawful, decent way. You agree not to:
- Send spam, or run bulk outreach that breaks anti-spam law.
- Scrape or harvest leads in a way that breaks the terms of a lead source or platform.
- Harass people, post illegal content, or try to trick anyone.
- Probe, break, or overload our systems, or anyone else’s.
- Use the helper to impersonate a person or a business you do not represent.
We may suspend or revoke a license if we reasonably believe you broke these rules.
Other platforms we depend on
The pack runs on Grok Bot / the xAI platform and may use connectors those products offer. Checkout and billing run through Dodo Payments, who acts as Merchant of Record (they are the seller on the receipt). We also use hosts and tools such as Cloudflare to run the site.
Those companies have their own terms. Outages, price changes, feature changes, or account bans on their side are outside our control. If Grok Bot, a connector, or Dodo is down or changes, your helper may not work the same way. We will help you as we can. We do not promise those platforms will stay the same.
Payments and auto-renew
Paid access is a subscription. Dodo Payments processes the charge as Merchant of Record. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews on each billing period and Dodo will charge the payment method on file.
Current plan details are on Pricing. You can cancel anytime. Cancel stops the next charge. We do not refund a partial month after a renewal has already been charged. See Refunds.
Refunds and cancel
Full refund rules live on Refunds. Short version:
- 14 days from your first payment, no questions. The window is measured when we process the refund, not when you submit the request.
- After that, cancel anytime. Cancel stops the next charge. No partial-month refund on a renewal already charged.
- Ask on Refunds or by emailing hello@botyourbiz.com.
A cancel or refund revokes the license as described above.
If something goes wrong
We work with care, but we cannot promise the helper will catch every lead, never mis-draft, or never go down. The service is provided as is, as available.
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost leads, or other indirect or follow-on harm.
- If a court says we owe you money for a claim about the service, the most we will pay is the amount you paid Bot Your Biz LLC for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim.
Some places do not allow these limits. If that is true where you live, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.
If your use causes a claim
If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used the helper, your connected accounts, or messages sent to your customers, you will cover us for that claim. That includes reasonable legal costs. This does not apply to a claim caused only by our own misconduct.
Arizona law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without using conflict-of-law rules. If we end up in court, the courts in Arizona can hear the case, unless the law says you must be able to sue where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date and version at the top tell you which text applies. We will post the new version on this page. If you keep using the service after a change, you agree to the new version. If a change is material, we will try to say so on this page.
Who can use this
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian agree for you. You must have the right to bind the business you name.
